| Penerangan CU | ACMV Supervisory Functions describes the competency in executing administrative responsibilities and to enforce SOP. This competency unit outlines work scope of administrative functions as stipulated in company’s job descriptions and SOP. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to coordinate PTW application, check work place safety, confirm facilities and equipment functionality, prepare job schedule, perform internal communication activities, maintain unit/section stock inventory, carry out subordinate appraisal, conduct on job training/coaching and support HR administration. The outcome of this competency is to perform supervisory duties to support operation according to company’s requirements and scope of work. |
