| Penerangan CU | Liability Takaful and Insurance is a policy to protect the insured/ participant in respect of legal liability to pay compensation for accidental bodily injury or property damage to third party or others. Liability Takaful and Insurance Claims is a process of assessing liability and appraising quantum for settlement of any claims based on Liability Takaful certificate and Insurance policy terms and conditions in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The person who is competent in Liability Takaful & Insurance claims will be able to analyse Liability Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy coverage and liability, process Liability Takaful/ Insurance Claims, as well as arrange for Liability Takaful/ Insurance claims payment in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to conclude and finalise the claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Liability Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy, Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. |
