| Penerangan CU | Personal Accident (PA) Takaful and Insurance is a term policy which provide benefits in the event of injuries, disability or death caused solely by violent, accident, external and visible means. There are various types of PA Takaful/Insurance such as individual, group or travel. Personal Accident Takaful & Insurance Claims is a process of assessing liability and appraising quantum for settlement of any claims based on Personal Accident Takaful Certificate and Insurance policy terms and conditions in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The person who is competent in Personal Accident Takaful & Insurance will be able to Analyse Personal Accident (PA) Takaful certificate and Insurance policy coverage and liability, Process Personal Accident Takaful or Insurance Claims and Arrange for Personal Accident Takaful or Insurance claims payment in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to conclude and finalise the claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Personal Accident Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy, Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. |
