| Penerangan CU | Motor Takaful and Insurance is insurance to protect cars, trucks, and other road vehicles against physical loss or damage due to accidental collision, fire, and theft and legal liability to third party arising from the accident. Third Party Bodily Injury Claims is a process of assessing liability and appraising quantum for settlement of any claims related to Third Party Bodily Injury based on policy terms and conditions and also in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The person who is competent in Third Party Bodily Injury Claims will be able to analyse Motor Takaful Certificate/ Insurance policy liability, process Bodily Injury Claim and arrange for Third party bodily injury claims payment in accordance with Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to conclude and finalise the claims related to Third Party Bodily Injury in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Motor Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy, Company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. |

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: Analyse Motor Takaful Certificate/ Insurance Policy Liability. Process Third Party Bodily Injury Claims. Arrange for Third Party Bodily Injury Claims Payment. |
