| Penerangan CU | Spa operational administration is the competency to run daily operation of Spa which covers mainly personnel performance administration, inventory management, record system management and Spa maintenance management. The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to monitor Spa personnel performance, control Spa inventory system, manage Spa record system and monitor Spa maintenance activities. The outcome of this competency unit is the ability to administer Spa’s daily operational activities in compliance with relevant regulatory body’s requirements. |
