| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in CNC lathe machine operation. He or she is the person at the work area to perform CNC lathe machine operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to interpret detail drawing, select raw material to be machined, select type of cutting tool, select CNC Lathe machine requirement, setup work piece, setup cutting tools, execute CNC turning operation, inspect finish work piece and submit work piece with recording data to superior. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellence CNC lathe machine process according to drawing requirement as per company’s policy, rules and regulation. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able toprovide excellent in CNC lathe machine operation to ensure the product requirement accepted in accordance to drawing specification. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainee will be able to:- 1) Interpret detail drawing. 2) Select raw material to be machined. 3) Select type of cutting tool. 4) Select CNC Lathe machine requirement. 5) Setup workpiece. 6) Setup cutting tools. 7) Execute CNC Turning operation. 8) Inspect finished product. 9) Submit finished product with recording data to superior. |
