Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in office risk management. He or She is responsible to coordinate preventive action and implement recovery action plan during emergency situation & in time of crisis. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse office potential risk, prepare contingencies planning, coordinate preventive action, implement recovery action plan, evaluate office risk management effectiveness and report office risk management activities. The outcome of this competency is to manage predictable and unpredictable inconvenient events such as water, electricity & telecommunication break down/disruption, riot, flash flood, gas leakage and land slide. Administrative contingencies management is to reduce contingencies effect in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company’s policy, OSHA, Emergency Response guidelines, Ministry of Health guidelines and Local Authority requirements. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Not applicable

guidelines, Ministry of Health guidelines and Local Authority requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-
