Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in office budget management. He or She is responsible to analyse budgetary information & documents, prepare budget planning, and monitor, control & review existing budget. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify administrative budget management requirements, prepare office budget management documentation, analyse budgetary information and documents, prepare budget planning, monitor, control and review existing budget, evaluate administrative budget management accuracy and efficiency and record administrative budget management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Not applicable
