Penerangan CUHalal Poultry Slaughterhouse Policy and Procedure Improvement describe the competency to review and revise both existing or new policies and procedures in order to meet with changes in product, process and technologies.

A competent person in this CU shall be able to plan halal poultry slaughterhouse policy and procedure revision, develop halal poultry slaughterhouse policy and procedure revision, review and update halal poultry slaughterhouse latest policy procedure and monitor halal poultry slaughterhouse latest policy and procedure revision.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure the procedures revision that meet with product, process or technologies changes are in accordance with JAKIM guidelines for Halal Assurance System Management (HAS) and latest Malaysian Halal Standard 1500 requirements.
To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the impact of product, process or technologies changes in the slaughterhouse halal system.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to plan, draft, review and monitor halal poultry slaughterhouse latest policy and procedure revision based on product, process or technologies changes. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
1. Plan halal poultry slaughterhouse policy and procedures revision
2. Draft halal poultry slaughterhouse policy and procedure revision
3. Review and update halal poultry slaughterhouse latest policy and procedure
4. Monitor halal poultry slaughterhouse latest policy and procedure revision
