Penerangan CUPoultry Slaughterhouse Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training program describes the competency in ensuring the relevant employees such as slaughter man and checkers are trained to understand the Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) guidelines and requirements

A competent person in this CU shall be able to plan Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training schedule, establish Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training modules, perform Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training session, perform Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training assessments and produce Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training assessments report

The outcome of this competency is to identify the level of understanding and knowledge of the respective employees pertaining to Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) guidelines in performing their daily jobs.

To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to develop training modules based on latest Malaysian halal standard 1500 and understanding the JAKIM and Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) requirements

3. Perform Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training session
4. Perform Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) training assessments
