| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in supervisory function. Supervisors are the direct link between management and the work force and can be respond to employee needs, problems, and satisfaction. The personnel who are competent in supervisory function must be able to monitor operation and inventory control, carry out training, briefing and discussion activities and evaluate staff discipline, performance and achievement. The outcome of this competency is to generate leadership skills in monitoring production activities, conducting briefing and discussion, developing job training, safety attitudes, safe working methods and identifying unsafe acts and conditions in accordance with company requirements. |
