| Penerangan CU | IBS Metal door & window frame installation supervisory function describes the competency in the general process of organising project’s resources, especially people, efficiently so as to direct the installation works toward project objectives. A competent person in this CU shall be able to participate in metal door & window frame installer recruitment, monitor metal door & window frame installer attendance, organise in house training and handle metal door & window frame installer grievances. The outcome of this competency is to plan, organise and control the overall activities of metal door & window frame installation project in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). |
