Penerangan CUEquine centre manpower development is to ensure sufficient manpower to get work done at the centre. Person in charge is responsible in taking care employee’s welfare as to ensure staff loyalty. The person in charge is responsible for administrating and managing the manpower development activities in increasing productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and smooth running of equine centre.

The person who is competent in equine centre manpower development shall be able to gather human resources management information, plan manpower development activities, coordinate manpower recruitment, carry out employee appraisal, coordinate training programmes, monitor career development programmes, propose remuneration schemes, evaluate manpower development efficiency and present manpower development performance report.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure the manpower development activities are properly organised and managed in accordance with company requirements.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administrate and manage the manpower development
