| Penerangan CU | Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for computer system and network are documents and/or manuals created to explain various procedures within a computer system and network environment. The objective of computer system SOP development and implementation management is to provide company with a well organised and up-to-date procedure and guideline in performing tasks to achieve company objectives The person who is competent in computer system SOP development and implementation management shall be able to identify legislation and regulation concerning the management of IT, prepare SOP concerning computer system and network tasks, enforce and monitor SOP implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of the SOP implementation The outcome of this competency is to provide proper procedure and guideline to perform computer system and network tasks in accordance with company’s policy and requirement |
