| Penerangan CU | Computer system and network project management is the application of knowledge, skills and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently. It is a strategic competency for organisations, enabling them to achieve project results and business goals. The person who is competent in project management shall be able to prepare project planning, monitor project tasks including network design, procurement, installation and configuration, testing, training to end users and project roll-out. Further, the person shall also be able to monitor and control project schedule, cost, resources, risks and project change. In addition the person shall also be able to carry out project closure where the project is officially closed with proper project reports, documentation and initiate knowledge management through documentation of the project best practice and lesson learned for future reference.
