| Penerangan CU | Mill operational budget and procurement preparation describes the competency in preparing mill budget requirement and finding, acquiring, buying goods/materials from an external source, often via a tendering or bidding process. A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse mill operational requirement, prepare mill operational expenditure planning, prepare mill capital expenditure planning, prepare procurement requirements and obtain operational budget approval. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the financial requirements for production and mill operation is prepared adequately and to ensure all procurement is transparent in accordance with organisation Standard Operating Procedure. |
