This competency includes competency in negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. A competent person in this CU shall be able perform client assessment, carry out sales & marketing activities, coordinate contract agreement preparation and manage contractors’ compliance The outcome of this competency is to ensure the business arrangement is based on mutual agreement as stated on written agreement. |
