A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare business plan, validate mill operational expenditure budgeting proposal, validate mill capital expenditure budgeting proposal, perform purchase and payment approval, perform financial performance analysis and prepare mill annual financial report The outcome of this competency is to ensure the organisation financial status in good health and the production operation meet the targeted profit according to approved business plan. |
