| Penerangan CU | Marine safety & security administration is of a prime importance for ships operations, where lives depending on safety systems and emergency procedures. It requires the monitoring of safety aspects and procedures of on ships, which include maintaining operational condition of life saving, fire fighting and safety systems, protecting and safeguarding of all lives onboard in emergencies. In the event of fire, explosion, collision or grounding actions are to be taken to limit damages and salving the ship. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan marine electronic safety administration awareness programme, monitor marine electronic safety administration programme, monitor marine electronic safety administration programme, carry out marine electronic safety procedures review, and establish marine electronic safety, report marine electronic safety. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all Marine safety and security procedures and emergency executions are administered in accordance with organization requirements, procedures and recognized by international standard. |
