| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attribute in Foundry Production Man Power Management and related personnel will responsible to manage utilization and development of manpower in order to optimize production achievement . The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be to analyse the current manpower in the production and process requirements, propose required manpower for production, ensure the production manpower are trained in manufacturing and safety area, appraise and reviewed production staff performance, attend staff matters and create succession program for qualified and competent staff. The outcome of this competency is to allocate and optimizing the right skills of manpower to the right task in the operation, competent staff will be developed and retained in the production based on company business requirements and allocated operational budget. |
