| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill ,knowledge and attribute requirements in Foundry Production Planning & Control .The person incharge will responsible for planning of foundry production operation activities covers from planning of product development stage up to finished product stock level as well as product to be shipped . The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse current production,check current casting stock level,check resources availability,prepare production planning schedule,distribute planning sheet/instructions to relevant section, control production planning implementation and prepare production status report. The outcome of this competency is to produce a comprehensive production planning sheet which covers all related department activity to produce casting in accordance with Product Specification, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements, |
