| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in hygiene training and awareness programme management. He or She will play a key role in developing and managing hygiene training and awareness programme across the organization. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine training and awareness programme requirements, establish training and awareness programmes, enforce training and awareness programme implementation and acknowledge training and awareness programmes outcomes. The outcomes of this competency is to raise the levels of hygiene competency and awareness in the entire organization to effectively implement and maintain an organization's hygiene standards in accordance with its hygiene management system. 1. Determine training and awareness programme requirements 1.1 Relevant training programme identified and analysed. 1.2 Organisation roles to provide hygiene training and awareness activities confirmed and documented. 1.3 Workflow for developing and managing training and awareness programme determined in accordance with relevant legislative guideline. 2. Establish training and awareness programmes 2.1 Need analysis conducted to determine objectives of training and awareness programme using needs analysis tools. 2.2 Performance or knowledge gap identified. 2.3 Training and awareness programme objectives determined and documented. |
