| Penerangan CU | This CU title describes the competency in hygiene policy, SOP and certification management. He or She is responsible to develop the relevant hygiene policy, SOP and to apply for relevant hygiene compliance certification for the organisation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine organisation hygiene goals and types of certification related to determine hygiene management, establish scope and content of hygiene policy and SOP, apply certification related to hygiene management, support regulatory body audit inspection and review existing hygiene policy and SOP document. The outcome of this competency is ensure the organization comply to and possess certifications of updated hygiene standards and procedures in accordance with the relevant legislative guidelines. |
