| Penerangan CU | EV AC Charging Station Site Assessment is the process of observation and evaluation of potential sites for EV charging station installation based on pre-defined criteria and site readiness (civil, mechanical & electrical and network communication). A competent person in EV AC Charging Station Site Assessment shall be able to verify on-site electricity power capacity, identify suitable type of EV charger or configuration, identify circuit breaker rating and cable size, complete site assessment report feedback and prepare bill of quantity. The goal of the competency is to get comprehensive overview of the potential site for the proper installation of EV charging station as to obtaininformation based on pre-defined criteria and also site readiness. Upon execution of competency, the competency owner is required to comply with Malaysia electrical standard and manufacturer’s standard/ manual, installation procedure/ requirement and premise owner’s rules and regulations. The competency is limited for assessment ofEV AC chargers (not DC) that require 1-phase or 3-phase connection with output capacity ranging from 3.7kW to 22kW only. |
