| Penerangan CU | Experiential tour visitors’ hosting services consist of a whole range of activities that include pre-hosting preparation, greet and meet, tour coordination, managing problems and unexpected incidents and feedback exercises. Effective management of these activities will ensure a memorable, entertaining and learning experience. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare for hosting services, execute meet and greet, coordinate experiential tour, manage problems and unexpected incidents as well as conduct feedback exercise. The outcome of this unit is effective and efficient visitors hosting management which will provide a memorable, entertaining and learning experience for the visitors in adherence with safety, security, environmental and legal requirements. |
