Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in Pastry and Bakery activities. He or she is the person at the work area who fully understand the pastry and bakery equipment maintenance monitoring The person who is competent in this CU activities shall be able to identify defect equipment, coordinate repair and maintenance work, monitor equipment maintenance activities and compile and record equipment maintenance activities The outcome of this competency is to ensure Pastry and Bakery maintenance monitoring is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide excellent Pastry & Bakery equipment maintenance monitoring and to ensure pastry and bakery equipment maintenance are monitored, administered and implemented in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
