| Penerangan CU | Tourist Driver Services describes the competencies required to understand passengers’ needs, fulfil their requirements, create good first impression and behaviour and execute safe and considerate driving services to various tourist attractions. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out selfpreparation, carry out vehicle preparation, find tourist passenger, carry out passenger meet and greet, carry out considerate driving, handle emergency and difficult situation and complete tourist driving services. The outcome of this competency is provision of a safe and comfortable environment and the highest quality of taxi service to tourists. |
