Penerangan CUThe professional discipline and business function that oversees an organisation's human resources is called human resource management. Human resources is the set of individuals who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector or an economy. personnel administration management refers to a more narrow view; i.e., the knowledge of the individuals embody and can contribute to an organisation. The personnel who are competent in this competency unit shall be able to planning and managing personnel administration management activiies in accordance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to managing staff recruitement, training and development program, staff welfare and staff performance appraisal in accordance with SOP and production requirements.
