Supervisor plays an important role in the company because they are the one who set the performance standards for tasks, jobs and role of their subordinates.The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to supervise timber decorative installation, supervise timber finishing work, supervise timber fabrication works, supervise roof structure work installation, coordinate staff training, prepare daily progress report, supervise housekeeping activity, conduct staff appraisal, conduct site work briefing according to supervisory functions requirements. |
