| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in courier risk management. He or She is the person who involve in managing predictable and unpredictable inconvenient event such as water, electricity & telecommunication break down/disruption, flash flood and etc. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify risk information, prepare contingencies planning, implement recovery action plan and report courier risk management activities. The outcome of this competency is to involve in managing predictable and unpredictable inconvenient event in accordance with company policy and Local Authority regulation. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- Not applicable. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage predictable and unpredictable inconvenient events such as water, electricity & telecommunication break down/disruption, flash flood and hijack. Courier contingencies management is to reduce contingencies effect in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company’s policy, OSHA, Emergency Response guidelines and Local Authority requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: - • Identify risk information • Prepare contingencies planning • Implement recovery action plan • Report courier risk management activities |
