Penerangan CUAdvertising and Promotion Stakeholder Management is the process of managing someone who has an interest in an endeavour but who is not directly involved in its execution. Stakeholders are generally people who are affected by the outcome of an endeavour or people whose own activities will feed into the endeavour somehow. Stakeholders Manager will be able to identify and analyse stakeholders who are crucial to the company. He / She will then be able to monitor compliance of stakeholders’ such as legislative bodies requirements. Relationship Management is another area which he will be managing. When the management review report is completed, the manager is then responsible to present it for the Board Members review and endorsement. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to interpret customer requirements from the job order, differentiates and match the information, resources and materials to be used and confirm stakeholders review process correctly, execute planning and presentation activities according to work requirements and process procedure. The outcome of this competency is to produce a variety of stakeholders’ management methods, from the smallest organization to a major conglomerate, various industries, and specialisations. All methods of compliance are produced in accordance with specific methodology, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements.

All methods of compliance are produced in accordance with specific methodology, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
1. Analyse company stakeholders profile
2. Manage compliance of legislative bodies requirements
3. Manage stakeholder relationship
4. Prepare stakeholder relationship reports for management review
