| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in financial planning regulatory compliance. Financial planning regulatory compliance is the system of monitoring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), licensing requirements, and timely submission to relevant authorities. He or she, is responsible to assist Financial Planner on managing compliance in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competence in this competency unit shall be able to assist Financial Planner on adherence to SOP / CPD / CPE and licensing requirements. The outcome of this competency is to produce prudent regulatory compliance. |
