| Penerangan CU | Active leakage control detection is an operation to search leakage area and point in water pipeline system using advance equipment. Leakage detection using advance equipment can speedup searching time and its more accurate compare to listening stick. After the leakage point detected, the appointed contractor will carry out repairing job. The person who is competent in advance active leakage control detection shall be able to confirm leakage area and details, carry out leakage detection using Leak Noise Correlator (LNC), carry out leakage detection using ground microphone, prepare leakage control report and monitor leakage repair work The outcome of this competency is to determine leakage point in water pipeline using variable of detection equipment according to water operator requirement.
