| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in sterilization operation supervision to provide excellent service by performing his/ her duties efficiently and has knowledge of processes relevant to the area of practice of supervision to facilitate staff’s professional development to ensure work conducted in orderly manner and prompt action taken according to Industry Standards. The person who is competent in Moist Heat sterilization operation supervision shall be able to prepare staff work schedule, carryout briefing session, handle staff welfare, monitor staff performance and co-ordinate inventory procurement. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent sterilization operation supervision services to ensure sterilizer/plant equipment maintenance satisfaction guaranteed and prompt action taken |
