| Penerangan CU | Engine Mechanical Components Servicing describes the competencies required to service mechanical components including crank shaft, cylinder head, gear, injector pump and turbo charger. Mechanical components servicing consists of replacement, repair, machining, and surface finishing. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare mechanical components servicing requirements, service defective mechanical components, test mechanical components functionality and perform surface finishing (chroming, blasting and painting). The outcome of this CU is restoration of engine mechanical components to normal operational condition according to engine manual specifications and in compliance with workplace safety and environment regulatory requirements. |
