| Penerangan CU | Plastics Quality Assurance Operational Budget And Procurement Preparation describes the competency in preparing department budget requirement and finding, acquiring, buying goods/ materials from an external source, often via a tendering or bidding process. A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse departmental operational requirement, prepare departmental operational expenditure planning, prepare departmental capital expenditure planning, prepare procurement requirements and obtain operational budget approval. The outcome of this competency is the ability to determine the financial requirements for QA operations and to ensure all procurement are prepared in accordance with organisation financial procedures. |
