Penerangan CUAdvertising And Promotion Client Servicing are the services to deliver client requirements based on project brief and is the key contact between the agency and client in maintaining the client relationship aspect for the company. This refers to personnel working in either an advertising / PR or event agency who services the client (consumer goods / banking / telecommunications industry etc) in terms of understanding the client brief and ensuring the message is carried through to the creative / strategic personnel within the agency to ensure that an accurate and effective campaign is developed. The client servicing person also plays the role of being the bridge between the client and the creative and strategic developers. He must convey an accurate brief in order that the campaign idea developed is suitable. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all project brief delivered as per client expectation, specification, on time and within the project budget in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements. The client servicing personnel shall be able to comprehend well, have effective communication skills, ability to project manage according to timeline with the eventual objective to develop a advertising and promotion campaign. The client servicing role is similar to a project management owner whereby he must manage from end to end of the entire process.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure all project brief delivered as per client expectation, specification, on time and within the project budget in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.The personnel also shall be able to comprehend well, have effective communication skills, ability to project manage according to timeline with the eventual objective to develop a advertising and promotion campaign. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
1. Analyse clients brief
2. Assess project brief priorities
3. Consult idea / theme / concept with internal cross functional team
4. Develop draft idea / theme / concept
5. Present proposal idea / theme / concept to clients for approval
6. Evaluate idea / theme / concept development performance
