| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in insurance/ takaful claim process administration. He or She is the person who involve in processing all insurance claim. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check claim documents, inform claim result status to client, arrange claim payment and record claim process activities. The outcome of this competency is to provide efficient and reliable personnel to ensure client satisfaction in accordance with Insurance Act 1963 and Takaful Act 1984.
