A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify department operational requirements, coordinate staff recruitment, verify staff performance appraisal, verify staff remuneration payment, handle staff welfare and disciplinary issues and coordinate staff training & development programme. The outcome of this competency is the ability to ensure smooth operation of department and efficient construction & maintenance activities by providing adequate and competent manpower. |
