A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify ROV design and construction requirement, prepare project scheduling, plan project resources requirement, prepare project costing, coordinate ROV design compliance approval, coordinate project implementation, participate in project commissioning process and verify construction & maintenance activities. The outcome of this competency is ability to coordinate design and construction activity for the ROV according to approved design specification and customer requirements. |
