The person who is competent in terminal facilities management shall be able to analyse terminal operational requirements, formulate terminal surveillance strategy, manage surveillance systems and surveillance management documentation. The outcome of this competency is to make the right decision in selecting the right type of surveillance system/s for use at the terminal. |
