| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attribute requirements in the overall planning control and coordinate of project relate to terminal works from inception until completion targeted at meeting the works requirements to lead activities within the project and harness the recourses available for the successful implementation of project/s. The person who is competent in terminal project management shall be able to analyse terminal project requirements, plan terminal project management activities, implement project development activities, evaluate terminal project development performance and manage terminal project documentation. The outcome of this competency is to accomplish the project within the set goals, required standard/s and objectives (usually in terms of targeted time, cost and quality). |
