Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attribute requirements in business operating system, personnel practices and employment laws to administer human behaviour situations in a variety of business circumstances.

The person who is competent in terminal facilities management shall be able to manage terminal recruitment support, staff performance activities, terminal training programs and welfare programs.

The outcome of this competency is to achieve the optimum use of company’s human resource, maximised their potential without straining the employer-employee relationships as well as the sense of belongings and satisfaction of the employees.
