| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attribute requirements in terminal facilities operating system and personnel practice to guide and lead an efficient team or workforce in works scheduling, resolving problems and issues related to terminal facilities. The person who is competent in terminal facilities management shall be able assess terminal facilities maintenance performance, services activities, evaluate proposed terminal facilities construction and manage terminal facilities management documentation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure terminal facilities are always in running order and functional. |
