| Penerangan CU | Terminal system management is the administrative function of terminal operation. It is to ensure, monitor and manage terminal system activities to optimum the operating of terminal complying to organization standard. The person who is competent in terminal system management shall be able to develop document policy and procedure, review terminal operation technology utilization, formulate terminal operation system, conduct terminal technology product familiarization and maintain terminal system. The outcome of this competency is to ensure terminal operation effectively and efficiently operated and manage in accordance with company’s policy. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer and manage terminal operating system, sourcing and formulating technology utilization and manage the technology product familiarization and maintenance activities which allows timely and cost-effective operation of terminal to control the movement and storage of various types of cargo, containers and passenger around a terminal or port. It is the operating system of terminal to make better use of assets, labour and equipment, plan workload, and get up to the minute information of terminal which allows the operation of terminal be monitor, manage, and optimum the operating of terminal complying to organization standard.
