| Penerangan CU | Concept research development is a process of searching information in order to create a visual effect that does not exist in the environment or scene using the resources to create something new. It requires the expertise and related technology to incorporate and develop some of the ideas or information in order to create new effect in accordance with the concept and script requirement. He or she is the person who develops, assesses and refines new idea for the concept element and the concept outlines. The person who competent in this CU shall be able to compile information from art director or visual effects supervisor, prepare work plan, classify sources of references, produce concept outline, analyse colour mood, scheme and analyse theme characteristic, carry out technical and artistic issue solution and validate concept development. The outcome of this competency is to grow and improve the idea and concept to be better suiting the needs of the script requirement. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | This concept research development competency unit is to compile information from art director or visual effects supervisor, prepare work plan, classify sources of references, produce concept outline, analyse colour mood, scheme and theme characteristic, carry out technical and artistic issue solution and validate concept development.
