The person who is competent in Terminal Operational Administration shall be able to prepare Duty Roster, report for duty, monitoring outsource performance, conduction operational data collection and able to complete daily operation report and conducting shift handing over. The outcome of the competency unit is to enable terminal operation efficiently and effectively operated in accordance with governance requirements |
