The person who is competent in terminal policy & procedures assessment & execution shall be able to assess terminal operation compliance, analyze terminal operational requirements, formulate terminal operational policy, assess terminal policy implementation and carry out terminal policy implementation The outcome of this competency is to ensure policy of terminal operation effectively and strictly adhere by population of terminal parameters |
