A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare business plan, validate centre operational expenditure budgeting proposal, validate centre capital expenditure budgeting proposal, perform purchase and payment approval, perform financial performance analysis and prepare centre annual financial report The outcome of this competency is to ensure the centre financial status in good health and the production operation meet the targeted profit according to approved business plan. |
