Capacity building management in instrumentation and control maintenance management requires leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and organisational management skills in order to succeed. In addition, capacity building activities improve the performance of staff according to specific, defined competencies and job requirements. <br><br>
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer maintenance team, lead maintenance team and manage stakeholders to improve performance in accordance with organisation policy and procedure and regulatory bodies’ requirements.
<br><br>
The outcome of this competency is to improve productivity, efficiency, and business continuity through the strengthening of operation, manpower competencies, positive attitude, sufficient resources and good leadership.
